You can expect a deeply relaxing, one-hour experience. Typically, you’ll lie fully clothed on a therapy couch, though sitting is perfectly fine if that’s more comfortable for you. During the session, I’ll use gentle muscle monitoring to communicate with your body’s inner wisdom, identifying imbalances caused by various stressors. How Many Sessions Will I Need?
