Cycle Awareness Starts Here – How to Use Your Cycle Wheel

I’m so glad you’re here, and that you’re taking a step toward understanding your cycle more deeply.
Using a cycle wheel is a simple, yet powerful way to start connecting with your own rhythm.
🌙 How to use it
Day 1 of your cycle is the first day of your period — this is where you begin counting.
Each day, take a few minutes to note:
– your energy levels
– your mood
– what’s happening inside you emotionally
– what you truly need that day
Don’t overthink it — a few words are more than enough.
As the days go by, you’ll begin to notice patterns.
There may be times when you feel more sensitive,
or times when you’re full of energy and it’s easier to connect with others.
This is not random. This is your body’s natural rhythm.
And the more you see it,
the more you can start working with it — instead of against it.
If at some point you find yourself thinking,
“Okay… I’m starting to see it, but I don’t know what to do with it,”
or you notice yourself falling into the same difficult patterns again and again…
